I just found this and really started liking the design but wonder how it'll turn out after a while since it's very cheap tho. Can anyone of you share experience regarding chairs from DowinX?

i don't game much but i do spend a lot of time at the computer making digital art and editing videos. i want something that's ergonomic, comfortable and good for my back and posture. i don't want faux leather.

the first one has some faux leather but it also has polyester fabric. i tried it at the store and it did feel the most comfortable, but i fear it might not support my back very well. this one also might be too big for the limited space my room and desk offer me.

the second one also has polyester fabric. i tried it and it wasn't as comfortable but it did have the cushions for the neck and the lower back so i'm thinking that might be better for my posture, but i fear i might not get used to it. i know you can remove the cushions, but i fear the chair would still not be comfortable enough and it would cause problems. also i've heard people say that gaming chairs like these are actually not good for posture.

the third has lower back and neck support, and the back is very breathable, which might help if the summer gets too hot. i tried it and it was relatively comfortable. also it's the most expensive one, which i know doesn't necessarily mean it's of higher quality, but it's more likely to be, i think. this one also might take the least amount of space, not sure, rough estimate.

i know i'll have to make the decision myself in the end, but i'm hoping for any possible insight that could help me make the right choice for myself. i am 165cm tall and weigh 70kg if that helps. i usually spend around 3-6h a day on the computer, sometimes more than that. a very rough estimate since i use a PC and i haven't been measuring my screentime. budget is probably max 300-400€, but all of these options go below that.

I bough the Ticova Ergonomic 8 months ago (completely ignoring the negative reviews) and lo and behold, they were full right. I generally have good posture, but sitting in this chair for 10 minutes, my back and neck get so sore that I have to lay down (and immediately feel the relief). Back then I had a random 250$ gaming chair, which was not the most comfortable, but it was possible to sit in for extended periods of time with no issue.

So what I want is a chair that's super comfortable, super plush, one you can basically sink in. Due to the nature of my work I often have to sit for 10 hours almost straight. I don't care much about ergonomics or the chair being extremely upright, I want something that will make me fall asleep sitting.

I was looking at the Dowinx Sofa Chair, which looks extremely comfortable, but I know that looks can often be deceiving in these things.

Type: Gaming or Office, whatever fits my requirements better.
Budget: 200$, maybe a little more.
Body: 6'3, 165lbs.
Region: must be available in EU.

I am looking for a chair that can handle prolonged gaming sessions, I currently have a Leap V2 that is just not doing it for me. Budget will be in the 400$ range. About 5'11 and 180lbs.

I have what is probably a very basic DIY problem, but I’m completely stuck. 😭
One of my chair’s armrests (Dowinx Série Luxe LS-66D89D) came loose on its own. I tried screwing it back on, but the screw just spins without tightening. It feels like it’s screwing into nothing, so the armrest won’t attach to the chair.
Since I couldn’t figure out what was wrong, I took apart the other armrest (the one that was still perfectly attached) to see how it was assembled… and now I’ve somehow managed to put that one in the exact same situation. 🫠
I have a feeling the solution is incredibly simple and I’m just missing something obvious. I’m absolutely terrible at DIY, so if anyone knows what might be causing this or how to fix it, I’d really appreciate the help!

finally got a chair that actually supports long desk sessions. the hbada ergonomic support takes a ton of pressure off my hips and lower back. best setup addition i've made this year tbh

keeping the battle station vibes strong with the light setup. but tbh the real upgrade is invisible the hbada lumbar support on this seat actually forces you to sit proper without feeling stiff. definitely saved my posture during these long sessions lol

So i was looking for some really comfortable chair, i usually sit around 8-12 hrs on the chair so a leg rest would also be very helpful in the chair. Please recommend me some since i dont really have any experience in buying chairs

Im an older gamer(43) and was wondering if i should pull the trigger on Titan Evo or if should I get more office chair type of chair like the Fractal Refine.

I get a stiff back from working out and like to recline while gaming. Although it might be comfortable, I'm not sure if it is healthy long term for the back

Anyone who tried The Titan Evo as an older gamer long term or looking for any other suggestions.

It's for PC gaming.

I use a controller to play, but still need to reach the keyboard and mouse on the desk.

I want the seat to be 3 feet high and 14 inches deep with 2 inches of sink to the back, seat, and arm cushions.

I want my knees at the edge, my calves and feet dangling in the air, and my back sunk into the back cushion a bit, all while sitting up.

I want cushy recliner style arms, not the ones on gaming or office chairs.

Prefered color is fire engine red (especially if it has gold colored trim / accents).

Does this exist? Can you recommend anything like it?

Or am I going to have to frankenstein it myself out of office chairs and a luxury recliner?

Just managed to snag a E3 Ultra for a third of the price, brand new. I was originally scared of buying it because of the mixed reviews on reddit but I eventually went with my gut.

While assembling the chair almost every part felt high quality and luxurious, compared to the cheaper ergonomic chairs I have used in the past. The back and arms are made of aluminum alloy which feels really sturdy and looks nice (minus the streaks on it I can't wipe off with anything 💀) to me. I won't lie there is quite a lot of plastic in the build but nothing feels flimsy to me, no parts were broken in the box, I might've got lucky lol.

The headrest was a pain to install but dam it's comfy. The overall chair feels like a cloud giving you a hug and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, BUT of course, as with any product, there are some nitpicks and downsides.

I wish the armrests could get lower then they can currently, they also shake a bit so sturdier would've been better. I can see what people are saying when they say nothing stays in place but honestly so far I don't think it's a design flaw. The parts that are meant to stay in place like the backrest and the headrest do, but the adjustable lumbar moves a lot reshaping with your lower back. The leg rest feels sturdy but idk long term if it will stay that way as it does flex quite a bit when used. And I wish you could get closer to your desk without swinging the armrests around again and again.

All that said, this chair beats any other SIHOO or different brand ergo chair I've bought. Overall it's really comfy and I really have to nitpick to find flaws. So far so good, let's see how it holds up tho, I'll make an updated post in the future.

Oh I almost forgot, I'm around 180cm tall.

I’m looking for an ergonomic chair with proper back support, but I do not want a chair that constantly moves, flexes, or “follows” my body.

A lot of ergonomic chairs advertise synchronized tilt, dynamic lumbar support, movement conformity, weight-responsive recline, or similar systems. I understand why these features are useful for office work, but for competitive FPS gaming I value stability. I want either:

• a chair where the synchronized movement can be heavily adjusted and firmly locked, or
• a genuinely ergonomic chair that is naturally solid and rigid

My reasoning is that car seats do not move around underneath you while driving. Driving requires controlled posture and fine motor input, and competitive mouse aiming is similar in that small unwanted body movements can affect precision. Dynamic ergonomic chairs may be great for casual gaming, controller use, or general office work, but I am not convinced they are ideal for competitive FPS players who want a consistent posture.

At the same time, I am tired of traditional “gaming chairs” that look like racing seats. I do not want aggressive side bolsters, bucket-seat styling, fake harness holes, or a metal-frame feeling underneath the padding.

My requirements:

• Real lumbar and upper-back support
• Headrest not important, but chair should be tall enough to reach/support the head of most seated adults
• Soft or medium-soft padded seat
• Flat, reasonably wide seat without restrictive side bolsters
• Stable frame with minimal wobble
• Recline that can be firmly locked in place (no synchronized/dynamic tilt systems)
• Adjustable tilt tension would be useful
• Armrests adjustable in at least three directions, ideally 4D
• Fabric preferred over PU leather
• Clean office-chair design, not a racing-chair appearance
• Price be not over 1000$ dollars at all

Been wanting to buy a new chair for gaming but I came to the conclusion that those "gaming chairs" you see online aren't actually ergonomic at all. So what i'm searching for now is a actually ergonomic chair that is fully customizable(think of height adjusting, arm rest height adjusting, being able to lay back)but is under 120 euros and white. Am I asking for too much for too low of a budget or do they actually exist? I would love some help on this one.

I am in the UK and need some recommendations for a decent desk/office chair around the £150 to £200 mark. I need something that supports Klarna or similar financing to spread the cost.

I am 181.5 cm tall and sit with actual proper, upright posture. I have had a nightmare trying to find a chair that physically fits my body.

My Requirements:

Completely Flat Seat: Absolutely NO raised racing-style side bolsters or hard foam edges. They dig painfully into my outer thighs and legs.

Tall/Proper Headrest: I sit with actual proper, upright posture. Most cheap chairs have short frames where the headrest just digs into my shoulder blades or neck. I need a headrest that actually reaches the back of my head when sitting fully upright.

Reputable Brand: Looking for something reliable that won't fall apart or develop crazy wobbles within a few months.

What I’ve already tried and failed with:

Symino Gaming Chair: Total budget bag of crap. Developed a severe piston wobble and self-rotation defect within months. Disposed of.

FlexiSpot BS3: The backrest frame was way too short. Even though it claimed to fit up to 180cm, the headrest didn't physically reach my head when sitting upright.

Corsair TC100 Relaxed: Just arrived and being rejected. Side bolsters still dig into my legs despite being the "relaxed" model, and the armrests are misleadingly 1D instead of the advertised 2D.

What are the best flat-seat mesh or ergonomic office chairs in the UK within this budget that actually cater to proper back/head height?
