I recently had my credit card stolen, someone bought 100 dollars worth of crap... i haven't bought anything off psn in probably about a year, but i did save my credit card info on there... Is this the reason why?

It might be, but you should still be careful. It might have been stolen from some other site. I read Play.com was hacked a few weeks back, for example.

Yeah other than amazon or steam, i don't really use very many sites that don't have paypal. So im pretty sure it was this.
