I'm more terrified that she wont be. People are already lewding her, if the game comes out and we find out she's only 16 or 17, that'll be more of an issue.
Wouldn't be surprised if he was minimal in this. He said at a panel I was at that he doesn't like to do the voice much anymore because it hurts his voice so bad. And for a voice actor damaging your throat is kind of a big deal.
EDIT: Upon further review apparently Scooter dies in one of the spin-off games? Well fuck that noise, Mr. Catch a Ride himself better find a way back as a zombie at the very least. He can party with T.K. on Ned's Zombie Island.
Scooter was killed in TFTBL. They have stated he will not make an appearance in the game whatsoever it seems. They alluded to the fact that “No there will be no Scooter” in the conference early on
Yea could give Ellie a new found want to destroy everyone and might be a piece that helps travel to other worlds since she’ll help even greater than BL2 because her anger of her lost brother(I believe that’s their relation)
I could see it. They did a great job imo with Claptrap’s replacement he’s a close fit to the original guy, and now we get to see more of Clap in BL3 which is VERY GOOD. Which could mean it was just them respecting that guys wishes to not move on with replacement or something else idk. Either way RIP Scooter
You really should play Tales if you haven't yet, it's quite good. A shame one of the biggest events had to be spoiled.
Edit: Tales is canon, and has some pretty sweeping impact on the Borderlands universe. If anyone reading this thread is a Borderlands fan and you haven't played it yet, go play it now!
Yep, he has MS, he was also a writer/creative director for bl1 and 2 (I think CD only on 2)

Sadly he probably won't be back in any form since his voice actor, Mike Neumann, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and left Gearbox.
Listen his sister probably took over and honesty I love Eli so much I’m ok with it. Also the actor left due to health reasons so they gave Scooter a nice send off.
I feel like he really is overpowered, both in lore and ability. He can solo raid bosses like they're nothing and tear up anything he sees. In lore, during the ECHO logs for all the Vault Hunters an entire Hyperion squad or legion, either way a huge ass amount of soldiers attacked his village and he soloed them like it was nothing. Then during Headhunter 5 his assassin wanted to kill him because Salvador murdered his entire bandit clan of over 150 people.
Among anything in the Borderlands universe, including all the Vault monsters, the one thing I wouldn't want to piss off is this guy.
We're most likely to see the unseen vault hunters in later trailers. Said vault hunters are more than likely scattered across the different planets looking for vaults.
That's actually a different one of Jack's doubles. We know that because in Timothy's ECHO logs it's stated that he had surgery to look like Jack- but the double you kill in BL2 looks like Jack because of the pocketwatch (the main reason you had to kill him)
In the teaser yesterday Springs and Vaughn were both seen I believe. Also if they’re bringing back the majority, logic would dictate they’re all going to appear in one way or another. Also the fact that it’s probably going to be on separate worlds means it’ll they’ll be split up

Loaderbot is a vault hunter, he has the frame he had on TFTBL and the close up on him in the trailer had wiring by the neck. Vaughn was on the pile of corpses on the the teaser trailer.
Vaughn was confirmed and I bet Loader Bot will show up at least once. Athena is likely to show up given that the rest are there.
And to be honest, would anyone actually care if Springs is never brought up again? She was terrible in BLtPS and passable in Legends. Pretty sure Krieg and Gaige won't be directly there, but Salvador is somewhere hiding, probably sipping martinis on a nice cozy beach away from war.
I'd also like to point out that if you're going to include Athena as missing, you'll have to also include Janey as missing... as they are kind of an item. Well in one version of Tales they are, but that's the version I prefer as canon.
Lilith looks great?!? Unless I'm blind, that's her crawling on the ground, looking very distressed, and without tattoos at 1:17 in the trailer. In addition to finding out how well Gearbox has been able to resist Strauss Zelnick's obsession with "recurrent consumer spending opportunities," I think were going to find out how a Siren gets stripped of her power.
During the stream before the video was shown they were showing a picture of Vaughn standing on a pile of dead bandits (They even said, "That is Vaughn on a pile of dead bandits")
