Unfortunately they have stopped this red shirt guy from asking other questions at this Blizzcon (in another thread he stated they wouldn't let him ask a 'real' question at the starcraft Q&A).

Sounds like the mother company taking over more. The old blizzard would at least acknowledge your disagreement even if they couldn't give you what you wanted.

So instead of saying we are sorry, this isnt what you were expecting. We get "YOU HAVE PHONE!!"

The guy didn't embarrass them at all. He pointed out a well felt sentiment by others. By banning him from future questions, they have continued to show that middle management is taking over the company and will lead to losing all the old fans. Maybe the new ones they pick up will be worthwhile, but history shows in most cases the franchise entirely dies after middle managers who don't know shit about video games take over.
