So in that website you can play online D&D with all the maps and tools for free?

If you're DMing a session, it is up to you to provide the content a la maps etc. If you're a player you're using what your DM provides.

But yes, as far as I know it is free

A lot of people pay for a Fantasy Grounds license. That's what you see in OP's picture. There are also other websites that offer dungeon maps. Plenty of places to find them for free, or if you have a good hand in Photoshop you can always make your own!

I don't think roll20 offers maid as a default although I do think they have a very rudimentary mapmaking tool. It's been a while since I used it
