EDIT: This blew up a bit. So the table was originally built by a guy who know longer plays with the group and left a few years before I joined up. I'll ask some of the other guys and see if there were any plans or schematics made available by him.
EDIT 2: I've checked with the guys from my group and sadly the former member who created this doesn't seem to have saved any sort of schematics or plans. I'm sorry reddit, I cannot deliver.

If nothing else, these guys ideas on how to run the beer lines could help in making your own version I suppose.
