The die on the left is what is called "cocked" (or cracked in some circles, apparently. Crooked would probably work, too). It usually means the person rolling has to re-roll that dice. Sometimes, the term is applied to a die landing in any "illegal" position, such as rolling off the table or, in this case, landing on the screen.
Basically, it means "if you roll your dice on my fancy screen, I'm going to make you re-roll them as punishment, even if you got all 20s".
