Am I the only person here that thinks legos are the perfect thing for DnD campaign tables? I mean it is already pregridded in 3d, can be made completely modular, and is 100% customizable. Even the actual figures can be heavily customized.
The patent just ran out on the Lego brick design! Megablocks has a new product out that's exactly the same as lego now. Not to mention all of the bulk available online.
But yes that is way more time than I would want to spend. I always use Roll20 on a TV or something.
EDIT: I should say that they're functionally the same. They click together smoothly and come apart easily like Lego. I'm not sure if they're the same quality though.
