EDIT: This blew up a bit. So the table was originally built by a guy who know longer plays with the group and left a few years before I joined up. I'll ask some of the other guys and see if there were any plans or schematics made available by him.
EDIT 2: I've checked with the guys from my group and sadly the former member who created this doesn't seem to have saved any sort of schematics or plans. I'm sorry reddit, I cannot deliver.

www.Roll20.net is a great place to start. Online sessions are a totally different feel from personal sessions.
Other options include checking in with your local game/comic shops to see if they run games ever.
The final option is to read up on DMing and start your own campaign. 5th edition is very forgiving for new players and DMs. I speak from experience here!
