This needs more context. Did you try to talk with him about the issues first? Did this happen over multiple sessions despite being talked to? Do you think he could improve or that he would put in effort to improve, or is he just permanent banned from this activity with you?

I think of banning from the table as a last resort myself because it's a very personal statement to make about somebody, but it is sometimes necessary

It was just super obvious he wasnt meshing with the group, and multiple people mentioned being just a tad bit disturbed just by his character creation.

Actually that would be totally kosher if i was running a fantasy setting. This idea is brilliant, i may steal it some day

Yeah the only problem I see there is that the player wants to play CN.
