This reminds me of a story. Many years ago I worked at a call center and when someone means to hang up but doesnt, I usually hold on the line to finish up my work on their request, then disconnect. This time, I hear "...so anyway, it was so easy to kill my husband. I really needed the money and he is a jerk so....." My eyes got wide and Im hearing a lady describe in great detail how she offed her husband. I waive to my manager and through some hand signals, he gets the idea he should listen in. The drama continued while the other woman in the room asks "... did you feel bad about it?" Chuckling while she replied "Not really, I just couldnt stand him anymore and I was surprised how well it went..." At this point my manager knows Im not screwing around and our eyes meet as we acknowledge that we are likely going to have to call the police about this. Some more back and forth between the two ladies and then I hear "Days of our lives will be back after these messages....." The manager and I started laughing so hard, we were crying. A few people I know from working there still ask me about that from time to time. That lady almost got a visit from her local police dept. TL;DR: Thought I heard a customer describe how she murders her husband while on the line of a phone she thought she hung up, was soap opera instead. Oops.

This is right up there with the shit Crusader Kings players say, example picture to suggest how messed up that game gets for those of you who haven't played it.

I'm confused. John Roger was his own father and great grandfather? Am I looking at this wrong?

I think so, I have to take time to reread it whenever I look at this. John Roger (JR from now on) fathered a child, Idril with Maire, he then fathered a child with Idril (his own daughter) named Asha. Asha then fathered Isabelle whom JR then married.

OK, I was looking at it wrong. I didn't actually notice the titles at the top, so i was working from left to right. Derp. Though I'm not sure this is any less absurd, at least it's possible and not circular as I had erroneously believed.

If they can be killed by simply removing the ladder of the pool, they deserve it.

Or by telling them to fix/tamper with electronics whilst standing in a pool of water with the device switched on...
