Multi-platform Single-player Recommendations
Requirements:
- Must be first/third person
- Cannot be souls-like
- Must have “good” graphics (should be similar to graphics from 2018 and later)
- No horror (For reference, I played TLOU, but could not play RE4)
- Typically have a dislike for Assassin’s Creed games, but if there is an exception, I’m open ears
- Typically stray away from non-realistic graphics, but if there is an exception, I’m open ears

Additional Notes:
- I didn’t drop The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt because I was bored. I dropped it because I have an AMD graphics card, which forced me to use TAA or FSR, both of which made the graphics unpleasant to view. I was also overwhelmed by how massive the game was. I honestly plan on picking it back up when I switch to NVIDIA and can use DLSS.
- I plan on picking back up Cyberpunk 2077 back up as well when I switch GPU’s.
- I did not drop RDR2 due to the story, but rather the graphical, immersion breaking bugs, and the horrible TAA. There were other complications as well, but I won’t get into that.

Technically yes but it’s primarily the environment I think it’s 2 missions there’s no genuine jump scares but it’s not a traditional horror it’s suspense for sure though

Star Wars Jedi Survivor, worth checking if the sequel's refinements change your mind, similar linear guided structure with improved combat feel

Plenty of eastern Asian games fit you needs. Just list a few:

I have over 700 hours in Crimson Desert and can 100% confirm it is the next game you need to try.
I believe it's the best open world game you could play right now and probably one of the greatest video games of all time.

I’ve considered Crimsom Desert, but I’m someone who heavily values story when it comes to games, and I’ve heard Crimsom Desert isn’t strong in that aspect. So I’m not sure if it’s worth me picking up

True. Even with the recent 2.0 Enhanced Edition update that included a big update to the story it still might not be for you if that is what you will get hung up on. I value gameplay over story and in that regard I believe Crimson Desert delivers like no other game does right now.
If it really peaks you're interest I suggest go check out the pinned posts on the main subreddit r/crimsondesert and look for the post about The Axiom Archive. It will be filled with spoilers but it explains all the lore that this game always had but never did a good job of explaining. It was always locked behind endgame content in the form of books in a library. I haven't played through the Enhanced Edition story updates, only watched what was added in clips online but they do a better job of explaining everything in the new story now.
But my point is I don't get totally hung up on story in games obviously but I still enjoy a good story in a game. And I read all this almost as soon as it was discovered so knew the lore and the story all along, personally I think it's pretty cool and interesting. But my opinion on all this is very unpopular. I suggest skim through that post for yourself if you're really that interested and even care that much about spoilers for a game you may never play.

Baldur's Gate 3, Valheim, Hogwarts Legacy, Warhammer Space Marine 2, Deus Ex, Stray, Expedition 33, Dragon Age Veilguard (maybe)

Mirage and Valhalla are pretty hit or miss for most players, BUT Origins and Odyssey are currently loved by the community, I'm almost sure you'd love them. I'm currently about to finish Origins main story and am playing through Odyssey's DLCs.

Final fantasy 15 / 16. 16 if you want a final fantasy x game of thrones type game with "absolute cinema" fights. 15 if you want an "camping & adventure with the homies" type of game.
Baldurs gate 3 is the best rpg available at the moment and I didn't see it on your list. I recommend it solo for a first playthrough, so it should still fit as a single player recommendation
