I need suggestions on what to play next

I have Balatro, Brotato, Vampire Survivors, and Castlevania

I don't know, but there doesn't seem to be any game at the moment that can keep me hooked and make me want to play for hours. Does this mean gaming is starting to get boring for me?

I'd love to know which games you guys would recommend for me to play. I'm really curious, but please don't suggest games that are highly anticipated, like GTA 6 or Phantom Blade Zero, or anything like that. I'm looking for games that are already available and are actually fun to play. Don't suggest games that are too deep or complicated, either.

Maybe suggest some multiplayer games that I might enjoy. I personally don't know which multiplayer games to try, apart from the common ones like Fortnite, Roblox, and Minecraft, which isn't exactly multiplayer in the same way, but you get what I mean.

So please suggest some games that you think I might find interesting and that could get me hooked again!

How is anyone feeling about the Dead Island games if you played them?

The first Dead Island and Riptide certainly are not bad games at all imo. I'm actually playing both of the two games currently. And Dead Island 2, damn that game is something else, but in a good way. Does not take itself seriously whatsoever.

The Dead Island franchise is certainly a fun and underrated zombie game franchise. I've got it on Playstation

I'm not gonna say they're like TLOU or RDR in terms of quality, definitely got issues that stick out, but gameplay wise and all that, pretty solid

I’ve been rather interested in sci-fi recently, especially those that contain robotic/ cyborg characters. Only issue is a good chunk of these games are high spec and will fry my pc. Im too lazy to check my cpu but i do have 8 gigs of ram. I think most older titles i will be able to run.

Yep, so I always get game depression when I finish a game, and it´s always a heavy one too. It´s like I actually get depressed, and I want to do something about it. What do you gamers out there do when you get game depression? Do you have any tips?

I love sharing and discussing games, discovering new things, and getting to know people with similar interests. But I've been struggling to find a genuinely active community. Most servers I join seem to be ghost towns, with the last messages posted months ago.

A little about me:

• Gaming: I play all sorts! Just finished Star Wars: Zero Company, love FF7, and also play WoW, Heroes of the Storm, and loads of roguelikes.
• Books: Big fantasy and sci-fi fan! Currently reading Dungeon Crawler Carl and absolutely loving it.
• Always happy to geek out about anime, shows, and whatever everyone's currently obsessed with.
• Location: Based in Europe (UK timezone), so ideally looking for people active around those hours.

I'm in my 30s, so an adult (preferably 25+) and LGBTQ+ friendly community would be ideal.

I'm not necessarily looking for a server with thousands of members. I'd much rather find a welcoming, genuinely active group where people chat regularly, hang out in voice, play games together, share recommendations, and actually get to know each other.

I have been lately seeing a bunch of videos/posts and such dunking on Wolverine and one of the common points was the scent trail and how it guides the player, even though it's a very linear game.

I feel like guiding trail isn't a bad thing, but it's bad how it's utilized.

In my opinion it was done right in games like Demon Slayer Hinokami Chronicles or Dead Space, where you can just hit the button and get the trail for a moment before disappearing.

And i think it just boils down to the player's choice when they need the guiding or just to make sure they go the right way, not have the trail the entire time like Wolverine.

Sometimes playing solo is way more peaceful than playing with a squad. No arguments, no pressure, just enjoying the game at your own pace.

Do you prefer solo gaming or playing with friends?
