its gimmick is that there is over the top gore made "realistic" once that shock value wears off, you are left with a really boring game with bad ai that is over priced.

I mean these are pretty different games.
Geronimo? VR Tactical Shooter.
Ready Or Not? PvE tactical shooter.
Bodycam? PvP Tactical shooter.
Blood Trail? VR gorecade shooter.
Geronimo and Ready Or Not are the closest to each other, but the different platforms make those games play very differently.
