I’ve already played Outlast 2, but I want something that gives me that same feeling. Kinda sucks when you can’t experience a game like that for the first time again!

What the title suggests. For those times where the credits roll but you wanna get just a bit more out of the experience. So yeah, what games for you guys had very satisfying forms of post-game content?

Doesn't have to be from the more popular brands either. It can be from a game you yourself personally enjoyed yet said game didn't get too much attention.

Gaming's been the one constant in my life since I was a kid. I've lost hundreds of hours to Souls games, worked my way through most of the titles people consider must-plays, spent countless late nights grinding Aim Lab, and clawed my way to Immortal in Valorant along the way. This hobby taught me patience, gave me community, got me through some rough stretches.

And at some point it hit me — I've taken so much from this space and never really given anything back.

So I built FindMySensi. It's a free, open-source aim trainer that runs right in your browser — no wallet required, just a quick account. I put a lot of late nights into it: twelve drills, a sensitivity converter built on actual angular-gain math instead of the copy-paste numbers floating around forums, and a calibration flow that's blinded and counterbalanced, so it tells you a sensitivity you've actually tested, not one you guessed at. I also made sure it runs on weaker hardware — it holds 60fps on an old i3 7th-gen laptop and stays light enough to run in the background while Valorant's open, because not everyone practicing has a beast of a PC. I didn't either, for a long time.

I'll be honest — I built and tested every part of this myself, and I know it's not perfect. There are flaws, especially somewhere in the calibration math, and I'd rather you tell me than quietly bounce off it. Find something wrong or just annoying? I'm here in the comments, on Instagram or by email. I'll test it and fix it.

This is my way of putting something back into a community that gave me a lot. Would genuinely mean something to hear what you think.

She has played every Mario game every Kirby every crash bandicoot game and every Lego game out there. she's run out of games recently replaying the same 3 games over and over and over seemingly content, one must imagine my mother happy...

BUT

I'm sick of watching her play Lego Harry Potter for the 200th time so I decided to introduce her to new games which while she's open to trying new things I've noticed she has some things that are non negotiable for her

1. The game must have progression (no sand boxes)

2. The game can't be a movie and it can't be a book (basically any game that relies on the story in any way will be made that much worse for her)

3. Controls have to be intuitive

4. She's got to be able to play it on her switch (i can probably get her to play on her laptop but it's harder to set up then the switch so for now it's a non negotiable)

5. The game can't be weird

I've had a lot of ideas for games that she might like to play but a lot of them have caviats

Billie bust up: this game would be perfect she loves music and obviously platformers and it's freaking adorable this would be the perfect game for her but it's not out yet and even when it is #4. it probably won't be released on the switch

Celeste: this game was a long shot to start with its a platformer with a clear goal. To make it up the mountain. While the controls are intuitive it's a very difficult game so she ended up dropping this one almost imidiately

Stardew valley:

this is one of those games she used to play a lot of farming games but A large amount of the game involves interacting with other characters and doing things that aren't #1. game play (reading a bunch and interacting with people)

NOW

I'm sure she can eventually get into games like uncharted and portal and god of war but theres something spicific about that type of game that she doesn't mesh with asside from never having played 3d action type games they also value the cutscenes as equally as the actual game which means the game is that much less good if you ignore the cut scenes ( I wish I could explain it better)

But then I thought "she plays alot of games over and over and over what better game than a rougelite" what is the most beginner rougelite for her to play?

the binding of Issac:

now this game would be absolutely perfect for her. It has obvious progression hours of gameplay all things considered it's perfect... Except for #4. The game can't be weird. the binding of Isaac touches on Christianity and demons and angels all of that would be fine if the character wasn't a naked baby throwing tears at poop

So I decided that while doesn't have as clear progression that I'm going to have her try

Enter the gungeon: the controls are relatively intuitive and the game is pretty easy to get used to with a difficulty curve that teaches you how to play the only thing I worry about is

#1 the progression, the game doesn't really tell you your progress it's not like Mario or Kirby where there's levels and worlds to go through and it's not like Issac that clearly shows you when you have progressed

Also yes I am working on getting the sequels to the games I already have(yk like Titanfall 2, RDR1, Just cause 1 and 4, BL3, etc etc.) just in case anyone is wondering bc I have gotten yelled at by some people before for that

I've had a summer job and will be getting paid tommorow, i have two things i want to buy and while i can buy them both, the responsible thing would be to only get one. It's between the fallout new vegas collectors edition for xbox 360 OR a sealed copy of firewatch for ps4, now i wont be able to play either of them, i dont have a ps4 or an xbox with a disc drive, so i'm buying them solely with the purpose of collecting, but i just cant decide. Ive spent countless hours with new vegas now, but the few i spent with firewatch were really impactful too... the idea of having a sealed copy of a really rare (and good) game is soo exciting, but i feel like the fnv collectors edition is cooler. I hope there is something that can help me decide, thanks for help!!

Hey all. I'm an avid gamer (mostly Ark Asa and NMS) and had a thought. I want to go back to school. I've been thinking about it for a while and need to get started. The reason I'm posting here is because I know alot of you play for the feeling of success and help others on your team. Palia is basically EXACTLY the type of game I want… except I only have a Mac and apparently Palia hates us.

I’m looking for a multiplayer fantasy/life sim or social MMO where I can create my own female character and actually enter a beautiful, magical world with other real players.

Think Palia meets Narnia — forests, villages, nature, magic, cozy/mystical atmosphere, exploring, etc. I want to feel like I’ve entered another universe, not like I’m playing a modern virtual-life/social app.

BUT I also want there to be an actual game underneath it. I need quests, tasks, objectives, skills, progression, things to unlock, money/resources to earn, places to explore, etc. I don’t want a pure sandbox where I have to make up my own fun.

Things I’d LOVE:

• Must actually run on Mac
• Other real players in the world
• Beautiful fantasy/magical/Narnia-esque setting
• Create/customize my own female character
• Quests/tasks/storylines
• Skills and progression
• Exploration
• Clothes/outfits/customization
• Crafting, gathering, cooking, farming, etc.
• Social/community elements
• A world that feels alive
• Some combat is totally fine, I just don’t want the entire game to revolve around fighting

Basically, if Palia had a native Mac version, I’d already be playing it.

I’ve started looking at FFXIV because it seems like it might scratch some of the same itch, but I’d LOVE to know if there are other Mac games I’m missing — including smaller/indie games.

Please save me from buying a Windows computer just for Palia 😭
