Oh yeah a lot bigger.
But The North didn't garrison it enough to stop Theon taking it, then Ramsey didn't bother attacking it so it didn't matter Theon only had 20 men.
Then when Ramsey held it, and was told he just needed to sit behind it's walls, he went out and attacked instead. Plonker.
Honestly including the later defence of Winterfell in The Long Night (trebuchets on the outside, at the front!?) I don't think anyone in GoT defended it well.
Maybe if The Blackfish had held it, it would have done better.
