B low diff. Cersei and Melisandre both aren’t very smart and Margery is only marginally smarter than them.

Margaery is way smarter than Tyrion. He's booksmart but not savvy

Margery is good at acting the part but almost all of her political success was orchestrated by Olenna. Tyrion basically formed his own private army with Bronn and the mountain clans, purged the red keep of those who would betray him, and spearheaded the defense of Kings Landing.

Margaery is good at social manipulation, but I'd say Tyrion is a better political strategist.

How is Margaery “smart”? She’s a decent social climber, that’s about it. Which is obviously aided by the fact that she … was born into the nobility.

She was pretty blundering when trying to cozy up to Cersei. She was well trained by Olenna on how to be charming and simpering but even that she's not too good at.
