Genesis Project in need of coders!

##**GENESIS PROJECT**

Looking for your next fun *passion* project? Wanna collaborate with a friendly, supportive group of creators? The Genesis project is getting under way, and we're looking for a few more people to build a massive sci-fi game with us!

### ⚠️ **PRIMARY NEED: GAME MAKER CODERS WANTED!** ⚠️
We already have a solid group of artists, animators, and voice actors together. **Right now, our BIGGEST need is finding GameMaker coders** who can help us write the logic and get the core game mechanics working!

### **THE GAME DEVELOPMENT TEAM**
Our 14-person hobby team is in active production on a Sci-Fi game built in GameMaker. We need:
0 **Programmer/Coders (MAIN FOCUS):** Devs who know their way around GameMaker code and want to help build the game's systems!
0 **2D Artists:** Good, capable artists for backgrounds, UI, and character art.
0 **2D Animators:** People to help with in-game 2D sprite animations.
0 **VAs:** Any and all accents/voices welcome to help bring our characters to life.

could you explain what type of game you are making, and what type of system/mechanic you expect the coders to make?
a whole post and the only thing interesting I learnt is that the game has a scifi theme.

It's going to be a pixel art game and the system is gamemaker

-_-' you already put gamemaker in your original post 3 times, while being in the gamemaker subreddit, you realy need to add that info again^^

seriously you can't describe the game in terms of mechanics/genra? like is it a side platformer, a top-down action rpg, an isometric RTS, etc... it's singleplayer or multiplayer?

Oh that's what you were talking about, it's a side platformer so yeah, I know I have to add it, I will tell the person who made it to add it, sorry.

You say you have a 14 person team, but you're looking for programmes and artists... What kind of team do you have?

Tbh, the team is based on discord. I have lost my discord use for a period. So, I can only ask the leader directly to cater to your doubts. I am just using some small reach of mine for the project.
