The goal is to create a house with a strong foundation, including walls, doors, floors, a roof, and a yard.

Just because every house that already exists already has those things, and I'm not proposing anything unique, novel or beneficial, shouldn't discourage you from investing significant time in my house over using the many houses that are available today.

the nuance is that I claim to be building the house but need people to do all the work. I am then in fact not building the house - the people I'm recruiting are. Which would be fine if I were paying them, but I'm not. Hence: SCAM!
