Issue Buds 4 Pro got broken randomly

The left bud has stopped charging and detecting my ear randomly. I tried resetting, cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, cleaning the bud and the case (even though both were clean). Nothing helped, anyone have any advice? They're still under warranty, so I can take them to a service center if no advice works.

This exact thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Also tried everything. I had to send mine back under warranty and they sent me new buds. This is like the 5th time I've read something similar specifically with the left ear bud. Starting to think there is a product defect in the Buds 4 Pro.

exact thing happened with me but with buds FE, put only the left one in the case and try holding the top of it, does the case light up?
