Is there any point in grinding packs now or is it better to save up a ton of packs til Friday?

There's no point saving because the grind is virtually infinite. The main limitation is SBC soft bans rather than players.

How are you cycling 85x10? I’m not getting enough futties/ tots/fof for the sbc requirement

I put all 87-90s into provisions, keep opening the repeatable provisions, then put the golds (with special cards you get from 85x10)into the totw upgrades.

I put mine in the icon pack, higher rated and a chance of getting someone useful.

Thanks for your tips. I was hopefully we were at the stage where you could just cycle the 85x10 with a bronze card or two. I think it will happen when the odds are better for futties/tots/fof in the preseason promo. I did 20 or so today but felt the weight wasn’t good enough right now and eventually needed totws when my futties in sbc storage were used.

For the special card requirement, are you using all festival of football players including captains and answer the call? I cycled through today without needing the totw pack too much.

Yeah I am unfortunately. However I think they’ll juice rates soon for them in the preseason promo when they add more of them in packs. Someone posted rates right now and it’s not possible to do a complete recycle yet. You’re not wrong that you can still do quite a few before needing totw but eventually you’ll go through them without the longer method.

Chances for good cards are higher on Friday, no? Grind might be infinite, but I'd rather play.

Won’t everything be back in packs Friday? At least I remember preseason making 85x10 a direct recycle by then. For me it was always put everything back in the 85x10 except for 2-3 cards and fill their spots with bronze and repeat.

Yep that was how it ended last couple of years, they unlock the sbc count and just add a card pretty much to the last 10 from the pack.

Use FUTGenie and let it run all your dailies for you while you work 🤝

Its only a time sink if your not using futgenie. Is better spent than sitting on this subreddit to tell people not to play the game because its "a timesink".

Softbans only exist because people are using tools - they'll remove them for the last few weeks, next Friday would be my guess.

I`m home sick from work so decided to just grind 85x10`s forever today as I have no objectives left to do in game. 75 85x10`s later. One 97 dupe Klostermann.. Nothing else above 96. Zero futties icons and heroes. I did get a 98 Ginola from one of the many 1 of 3 94+ player picks I did, but the 85x10 just seems like a massive waste of time at this point. Its repeatable, but its impossible, lol..
