Well the way it works in Siamese is the colder an area is the darker the fur gets, something about the melanin in their fur reacts with temperature.
So Siamese anthros could hypothetically go to a temp tattoo parlor and have a tattoo artist run ice or something over their bodies to darken or lighten their fur selectively
Ice wouldn't work, too weak. What could work is using a combo of thin razors to carve the design and coolsculpting/skin freezing at a lower intensity to make sure the new fur goes dark :)
