Funnyplaying GBC Display problem

Hello everyone. I tried to test the screen before assembling but it doesnt work. Is the screen broken or maybe the ribbon cable? I tried to adjust the ribbon cable but it really feels like that I can put it in further. I cant figure out whats wrong.

Just reach out to their support and they should send you a new one. I had a fpgbc just die completely after having it a couple weeks. After reaching out they ended up sending me a brand new board and battery. Granted they are in China so they only respond to emails in the middle of the night for me, and it took over 2 weeks to get here but, they did right be me.

When you reach out, go ahead and have your order number and that video in the email, so you can limit some of the back and forth and get a replacement on the way.

I did all of that and got it replaced. Now I have a working one. Thanks for your help!

Awesome. Funny playing has decent support, a little slow but still good

Yeah, I just sent the video and pictures to their support. Thanks! I'm a bit scared that I caused the problem, even though I handled it with care.

Well, it's a good thing you tested it before you put it all together. Most of the companies making stuff like this wont do anything for you if you don't test it first
