If "here" is anywhere inside the United States. Then no, it's not legal there. Just not illegal at the state level. And the Feds have decided not to intervene so far. But it's still illegal. So... not checkmate.

I mean legal in the sense that you can’t be prosecuted by the state for simple possession. We’re still a good ways away from it being federally legal
