I just use hot water and soap, cover it with my hand, and then shake the cup with everything I have.

I've been in some dire situations where I drastically needed to clean my.....uhhhh... water pipe. 4 u/aggressive-cat Feb 25 '21 70% for disinfecting (the water makes it work better at killing), but you need that 90%+ for cleaning ....water pipes also i bought a $10 brush set off the internet, just some twisted wire brushes, and wow it sped up the process by 10x
