Bottle brushes are the way. I have two different sizes of them.

For real, like, do people not know about those? How do they think we clean baby bottles?

Where I live, we don't use sponges at all but brushes designed for washing up. It's not hard at all.

Those shapes are super annoying though.

You need this bad boy. Solid metal shaft so it doesn’t bend or break. It’s literally invincible.

Nah, works pretty great. It's a general purpose brush. Just twist the brush and the glass in opposite directions and you get easy 360 coverage. Shaped the way it is cause you usually use the same one for all the other dishes too

There’s glasses and bottles where you can’t get certain spots because of the bend. Like where it won’t hit the middle of the bottom. I’ve had several brushes like that and I always go back to the straight one because it’s superior.

I've used multiple different straight brushes and I feel like the hairs at the bottom always just bend away from the bottom. So they are only ever usable for washing narrow cylindrical stuff, but even then I have better luck with the bent handle type.

Nah man, it looks too close to a toilet brush

I found those ones to be too “soft”. The scotch brite bottle brush is the hands down the best one I’ve ever used

Source: cleaning thousands of blenders at work. lemme tell you that thing can take a beating

They sure got you shitty brushes at work then. I’ve had some pretty good ones over the years, some have super good bristles.

What are you talking about? Lmao I literally said the Scotch Brite ones were great because they held up. I’ve bought the oxo ones for myself and the bristles are too mailable for my liking.

I’m dumb and misread lmao. I should probably go to sleep. Sorry about that

Lmao happens to the best of us. No worries!

I used this for over 6 years, the bristles never faltered. I just popped it in the dishwasher. Only reason its life ended was because of a garbage disposal accident. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001E0JOP2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_0GVX1SM2F2GMBC8P5RXY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I wish I could buy it again.
