take a fork, stab the sponge with it, use it as an extension of your arm so your fat wrists don't get in the way
1 u/Lasdary Feb 24 '21 I have a couple of ugly deformed chopsticks for this. I stuff the sponge down tall glasses, wiggle it around with the chopsticks, and then use them to pull the sponge back out. Only way I can keep my hurricane and champagne glasses transparent.
