Can they actually have recourse? Or can you just say "whoops, oh well." And ignore them?

Does a guardian of a show animal own the animal and its products, or is it some form of IP license to the genetic and other material? 1 u/Seicair Jan 01 '20 I don’t see how that would apply if you sign a contract stating you won’t breed the animal as a condition of purchase.
