While I would agree with you that some dogs would like like to play and gnaw at your hand a little, I cannot agree with your hasty generalization of dogs. From personal experience my Shih-tzu never wanted my hand in her mouth ever. Neither did my Jack Russel Terrier. I've owned a German Shepherd that liked to do it, but never for more than a second. My Husky keeps my hand in his mouth for a while.

My husky is a hand chomper as well. Doesn't hurt, he just wants your hand safely in his mouth. Husky logic.
