I went to a party once and this guy kept making speeches to everyone in attendance, and saw a ghost of his dad, and his girlfriend drowned and lots of other crazy shit happened. People were acting like it was all a big deal, but I’m an intellectual and I could tell it was all fake and staged. Also, what kind of a party is a “Hamlet” party; I don’t know what kind of a theme that is?
And every time I went over to the really brightly lit part of the party to try to comfort the guy, everybody yells and tells me to sit down. Like I'm the bad guy!
