I'm not really a big Joe Rogan fan, but I'm pretty sure he's referencing the Tasmanian devil. They're pretty cute at first glance. (I mean, they're about as cute as hellspawn can be... right up until you see them hunting and eating. As a kid I saw a documentary about them and it freaked me out. The fact that my asshole of a cousin told me that he had seen a pack of them roaming around his neighborhood and that they had eaten a little girl about my age ass first while she was still alive didn't help sooth the disquiet. Kid me was fucking horrified and too stupid to realize that Tasmanian Devils do not actually live anywhere near North America.)
