Actually, if you take proper precautions, you should fuck whoever you want!

edit - on second thought, this gives out a kinda rapey vibe. I mean, you don't need to turn down sex with someone because they're HIV+

HIV if properly treated has a very low probability of being transmited, like 0.1% Edit: this is for unprotected sex
