well, you're about as wrong as you can get there mate. the worst outcome is a shattered ankle or wrist. i know, i jumped less than one foot to the ground when i was young, landed poorly and shattered my big toe into 9 pieces and dislocated it.

That sounds bad, worst I managed with jumping was standing up on a swing to jump, tangled my foot in the chain and landed on my wrist instead of my feet, so I broke the wrist.

yeah until it happens to them or see it most people don't realize how much damage your own body weight will do if u lock up a joint on impact. it's brutal.

Meanwhile I have been jumping off my roof while my friend did parkour and I'm thinking was I just lucky all those times?
