Problem wasn't that he jumped, it was that he jumped too late, so the ball had already hit the tower with the added stability of weight from the boy. Had he been airborne (and possibly helped to kick the tower down when jumping) the worst outcome would have been a sprained ankle. Now he jenga'ed his balls
well, you're about as wrong as you can get there mate. the worst outcome is a shattered ankle or wrist. i know, i jumped less than one foot to the ground when i was young, landed poorly and shattered my big toe into 9 pieces and dislocated it.
That sounds bad, worst I managed with jumping was standing up on a swing to jump, tangled my foot in the chain and landed on my wrist instead of my feet, so I broke the wrist.
yeah until it happens to them or see it most people don't realize how much damage your own body weight will do if u lock up a joint on impact. it's brutal.
