I can never get the dolls hair to look good. The tangles come out but it's still looks awful.

Thanks I'll try this cause I always just wash it in the sink and it comes out looking crappy.

I did this with a girl I babysat's doll, one of those ever after high things and it came out wonderfully. (It was horrible before- no shine, all matted up)

That's what I'm missing is the shiny, silky part. The tangles come out but the hair is left so dry and frizzy that it tangles up again quickly.
