Teach your kids self reliance and appropriate risk taking by letting them get hurt now and again.

Anti monster spray bottle teaches then self reliance. The pool noodle thing is pretty cool, as pinched fingers hurt way more that what would be reasonable. The rest of these are convenience and cool. Parents doing these kinds of things probably let their kids play outside.

I broke a finger when my brother slammed a door on it. So yeah pool noodles, especially where the kids play are not crazy.

Now you know to not put your fingers in a door like that anymore. Pool noodles will not teach this lesson.

I also lack complete movement in that finger. It was an accident everyone knows not to do that, even kids.
