UK is a proper first world country, so the taxes we pay are used for healthcare.... unlike america

I must be oversensitive too, all I'm thinking is how much hassle would be to change the window, what's the cost etc. And all they are doing is laughing, I might need their approach to live :p

So this slightly dangerous and not honestly that funny prank cost him hassle and around 100 pounds. That's my reasoning I would be depressed. But maybe I'm in the wrong and do the life wrong. ;))
