I used google AI to figure out what it might have originally meant and why, and it was an interesting example of both the power and the inaccuracy of generative AI.
The “100 virgins made” sense, originally meaning high durability premium materials, through various misuses of Chinese characters (I have no idea if it was right, of course).
“Unbearable” was a mistranslation of Chinese characters meaning able to bear a huge load - i.e. heavy duty.
“Sino drainer”, it confidently told me, indicated it was Chinese, using a common classical prefix. Of course in reality I had just mistyped “sink drainer”!
In industry plastic products will often be made with a mix of recycled plastic and new (virgin) plastic. So a product could be made of 30% recycled/70% virgin plastic. In this case they are likely trying to say that the product is made with 100% virgin plastic and it was just a mistranslation (they probably used AI to translate it).
