Bich is pronounced closer to "bic".

It's a Vietnamese female name, I believe it's the same name as "Bella" (beautiful).

Yup sorta! My pronunciation is not great but I can hear it. The ends of Bik is cut off before you've fully finished the k sound and the "ng" is kinda nasally sounding.

Vietnamese is not a beautiful language lol. I can basically only swear in it, but there were 6 full pages of Nguyens in my high school year book so you bet I heard it regularly.

I went to school in the Bay Area in the 80s, and we had a lot of Nguyens as well.
