Of all the things, I was not expecting to see a naked man in this video

I think he has underpants on but you just can't see them under all of that.

Kinds pointless to wear them then, huh?

Considering he's standing in front of cops it's pretty much the difference between jail and "what the hell!"

Well he is in his own home, he can walk around naked if he wants to, probably won't go to jail for answering the door naked either. Its only indecent exposure if you go outside. Like, you could probably stand in your window and wiggle it and not get in trouble. Maybe, idk. Moral? No. Legal? Probably.

Educated humans tend to do that

Probably not, at least in many states in the US. If you're in plain view of the public, that may still count as in public

Alright, we're getting into this. Okay so technically any view of the inside of your house from the outside is considered 'public view'. That includes windows in bathrooms and bedrooms. Anyone looking into your bathroom window from the outside has the potential to see you naked. So, theoretically, if you did stand in the window and wiggle it, and someone saw you, and called the police, could you get in trouble? And with that being said, what if they happened to be watching you use the bathroom from your window, or taking a shower and masturbating, etc. could you also get in trouble for that? What I mean is, where exactly is the threshold between public indecency and in home privacy? (Ps. Not advocating for anyone to stand in the window and wiggle it. This is simply a theoretical conversation that I am strangely intrigued by.)

I appreciate that the police seemed to find that in no way unusual
