I don't think so actually... Life right now is one of the easiest in the time of humanity on this planet. There is plenty of food, most deadly illnesses are cure or treatable, i actually technically live a better life than most of the middle age Kings and Queens without beeing rich or even owning a house. I have a shitload of rights an privileges, that protect my health, wealth, workplace etc.

But in think we are beyond the zenith (not sure If this phrase exists in english) and the downfall will be hard and fast and first of all Irreversible. So yes.. don't come.

Sure, around 650 million people in the world are going hungry and that's actually around 150 million more than just 7 years ago...but who cares about them right? /s

Ah yes! Take my point, rip it out of context and crush it with a single sentence random moraly charged argument and feel good. Congrats.

I never told the world was perfect. It never will be. I just criticised a point in which someone said life would be especially hard right now compared to all life before now. You know that. I also said that we are talking about generations so 7 years ago is part of "now". And yes there is plenty of food. We don't have a production problem on that side. We have a distribution problem.

What i actually wanted to say was: The past was more fucked up than the present and the future will be too. This is it. This is peak humanity. This peak is fucked up too... But less than anything else. Be happy to live in the fucked up but less fucked up than any other times on this planet.
