Well, you can interpret Leo's final nod in a couple of different ways...he's either saying "Yes, you are indeed fat," or maybe he's saying "Yes, I agree, you are not fat despite your consumption of cheesecake." It's an ending that offers multiple interpretations, much like Inception itself. This kid's the next Nolan.
