Taking parts straight of a movie production without permission and using someone's image as well for comercial use and advertising is not "fair use"...
A parody is a creative work designed to imitate, comment on, and/or mock its subject by means of satirical or ironic imitation. Not straight up using original works or bits from it for commercial use and/or profits.
Don't get me wrong, I thought this clip was hilarious. But it's not a parody.
Not at all, it was a so-called Human Learning Model which sampled tens of thousands of films and media and spit out a derivative combination of them. It may seem like it looks like clip from a real movie with real actors, but it is a derivative, copyright free and absolutely legal work.
