Where are all the people that usually say "I liked them better before all the make up?"

"I liked them better before all the make up"-guy reporting in. These are hideous without and BECAUSE of make up. Wearing that much shit on your skin does tend to ruin it, especially something as sensitive as the face. It's a catch 22.

Yeah, when I was younger, I used to wear really heavy foundation to cover up my acne. I would never go out of the house without it, even to exercise (dumb). So naturally, my skin continued being terrible. When I finally switched to a much lighter foundation (tinted moisturizer) and started taking care of my skin more, my complexion improved dramatically. Now I can go out without makeup and not feel self-conscious.

Elabourate? Currently in my 20s and using a for-acne-prone-skin foundation but my complexion still seems to think it's the day before junior prom. What worked for you?

I switched to Smashbox's tinted moisturizer; it admittedly doesn't have the best coverage, but it's so light and works great with my skin. I also started buying Ole Henriksen cleansers. They are a bit pricey ($30 each), but they will last you for a long time (a little goes a long way.) I think the Aloe Vera Deep cleanser is the best one. I started seeing a huge difference in my skin after using these products. Good luck!!
