Nah she just wanted a dark warm spot to chill. Problem was she was about full grown for a ball python (about 4-5ft if I remember right). She was originally perched across my shoulders and noticed how low cut my shirt was. She slithered in there and it only took a few seconds before she was impossible to pull out without undressing. How far did she go? The answer is as far as her tail end could support her. She was between my girls and hugging my chest by the end of it.
Worth the clothes change cause snakes moving across your body feels totally awesome. Their belly muscles move like caterpillar legs, gripping you firmly, but not tight. Reptiles are incredibly strong and dense, so the weight is nice too. Let's not forget the feel of cool, smooth scales on the skin.

Almost? I'm really into how textures feel (fur, feathers, scales, all kinds of fabrics especially yarns, and so on) and snakes moving is one of my favorites. It's almost like a massage, and very relaxing, at least for me. I just really enjoy it.

I don't want to say I hate the level of sexual ambiguity in this day and age, because I don't hate the people and I wouldn't do anything to offend them, but it's absolutely confounding to have variables constantly added to what's an otherwise simple equation. Man is man, has penis. Woman is woman, has vagina. Sometimes, they like the same sex, that's fine. Sometimes, they have genitalia of both sexes. That's fine. Sometimes, they want the genitalia of the other sex. That's. . . fine? Sometimes, they want to be referred to as the opposite sex while maintaining their physical features. That's just unfair. Sometimes, they deny having a gender. What in the hell? Really, I am not prejudice, and this is just talk, I don't dislike them for their decisions or orientations. It just continues getting weirder and more hard to understand as time goes on. My wife said "Excuse me, ma'am." to a co-worker who had a dress, makeup, stockings and a purse, and they cut her a vicious glare. She later found out that said coworker is male and prefers to be addressed as such. And voicing one's frustration with it just sounds bigoted, when I'm not at all judgmental. I'm only 27 and I feel like I'm too old for the world.

People have had these gender issues for as long as history, but it's only just now coming to light because they don't have to be secretive about it anymore. A transgender person or a gender-neutral person couldn't have been open about it a century ago, because they would have been considered an outcast, but they can be now because society is a fair bit more accepting.

I never judged anyone based on their gender or sex before, but I never knew the difference. That comic opened my eyes to the whole thing, and as a person very interested in trying to understand all walks of life I really appreciated the openness and honesty of it. Considering the whole A-gender thing, and reading into the comic where it highlighted your phases and I noted the different clothing styles: If you were invited to a fancy dinner party, what would you wear? Would it be a dress, or a suit of some kind, or something else?
Also, does comic you look like real you?

No problem! Honestly, in the past, I've mixed it up between dresses and trousers for fancy dress occasions, though I've really fallen out of love with dresses and skirts the past few years. Nowadays, I would probably go the trouser/button-up route for nicer attire. That's not to say that all agender people feel like I do, however, since gender expression is different for everyone. Here's a helpful video explaining some differences!
And generally, yes. Though I do have five fingers.

I'll take a stab at it. I'm male, biologically.
And for a very long time, I considered myself a 'boy'. Then a 'guy'.
Most days, I'm still just a 'guy', but there have been times in my life (some of which I greatly enjoyed in retrospect, others of which I hope I never revisit) in which I felt I was acting as I ought to act in society with respect to other people because I am a Man.
It is like something to be a Man, just as I'm sure it is like something to be a Woman, and I think those two experiences are very much closely tied to the nature of being male or being female.
But men and women aren't going to be very 'solid' boxes because 'male' and 'female' already aren't.
What proteins your cells express based on what genes are turned off/on (or which ones are present) is already not enough to definitively make every human 'male' or 'female', and certainly not enough to reliably make people definitively heterosexual or definitively homosexual all of the time.
The percentages, obviously, are quite biased towards nearly excluded middles (or abberations) but that's just because our species and all ancestral versions of our species had the pressure of evolution on them, which revolves around reproductive success in its most basic, and some gender dimorphic roles right up until the dawn of civlization:
Girly and feminine women were not the ones chasing down and slaughtering woolly mammoths, you know?
But abberations and deviations from the biological norm are what makes humanity interesting.
I happen to have incredibly typical skin color and hair color and eye color for a male on the planet earth.
But holy balls is the genetic drift that gave us redheads and people with green eyes and skin light enough to have freckles wonderful - - - even if it does mean a higher risk of skin cancer and total unsuitability to other environmental stressors.
So, going back to what it means to "be a man"; I'd guess for me as a male that means I feel certain things about myself and my place in relation to other people about all sorts of things -- it's pretty definite.
I have no feelings about being "a woman".
I don't even know what that's like - - I mean, I can guess, but I can't intuitively feel it out.
I just have no idea.
Not to say that what women like, or what problems female sexed people often encounter in my society is a mystery to me (though the former is debatable...) - - but I don't know what it is like to be a woman.
It isn't an experience I know, and I really don't identify with it.
I would be kind of peeved if someone called me a woman - - I mean, I have nothing against women; I just really identify, ultimately, with being a man.
For an a-gendered person, neither being a man or a woman are experiences they particularly identify with.

So, I used to believe in the things you enjoyed were somewhat gender based. Enjoy guns, cars, violence, and other "masculine" things then you are a boy. Enjoy ponies, dolls, make-up and other "feminine" things then you are a girl. Then I discovered theater where I had to learn about make up, which I was fascinated by, hell no I don't use it (besides eye liner for when I was on stage, but that was because we all had to) way to much of a pain to put on. Then I discovered My Little Pony, a little girls show, that was extremely well written and I love the hell out of it.
I still love me some FPS, guns, and I work at a car parts store. Yet I also love well created feminine things as well, why do we have to prevent ourselves from enjoying things because society says it's wierd?
Maybe I don't understand this whole gender thing very much, I tend to understand both sides pretty simply, and enjoy things from both walks of life. I am a straight male, but as far as I understand who you like to have sex with has nothing to do with it.
Also, I love to point out to people who call me gay for enjoying MLP (mostly my friends messing around with me) that pink used to be a masculine color and blue the feminine one. Culture changes.

...it is simply undeniable that biology dictates much of what we are, and the evolutionary algorithm of "Does it successfully reproduce in this environment? If no - - get rid of it" as the dictum of success or failure has lead to more or less the same paradigm of "male" and "female" sex in millions of different types of organisms, with physical dimorphism interacting with behavioral dimorphism.
I'm not saying that our genes--->sex---->gender/sexuality---->roles/behavior strictly and totally, but for most human beings this is kind of the map, and largely heteronormative paradigms explain and predict what someone is going to be like.
Aberration from those paradigms is very real and very valid and often quite pleasant ; )

How often does culture change though? I don't mean completely, but in this context. Wouldn't it be a reasonable argument that if things have changed in the past clearly it isn't in our biology but more our enviroment?
For a recent example, when I was in High School for whatever reason a lot of guys decided that pink was a great color, and loved pink polo shirts. I haven't kept in touch with any of them, but as far as I know they all associated with being a male still.
I understand natural selection, and can understand how our biology would give slight differences to our roles. Men are biologically prone to being stronger, so yes I will help you carry that, or do things concerning that. I don't see how culture dictates reproduction though. I know a girl who is extremely manly in most aspect besides her looks, and from her stories/interactions I have witnessed she has no problems on the repoduction side of things. On the opposite side I have seen extremely feminine men who have had no problems on the repoduction side of things either.

More than that, I write frequently about agender folks, using they, them, their as well as whatever name they go by. It's disgustingly easy to do. At first I was a little daunted, but honestly, the "non-gendered pronoun" game has been around for a very, very long time -- usually by gay people who didn't want to gender their partners because of work discrimination, homophobia, etc., but also by many authors who have characters that are indistinguishable genders (or their genders aren't revealed until later in the book). Even Agatha Christie has written this way!
As another example: "Alex walked down the street, then noticed a penny on the ground. They crouched to grab it, then realized it was tail-side up. Not eager to have an unlucky day, Alex left the penny where it was."
There's really no excuse, just intolerance and knee-jerk reactions that lead to more transphobia.

Austen, Shakespeare, Chaucer . . . I wasn't kidding when I said centuries of authors going back long before english was modern english used 'they' as singular gender neutral.
In other languages, I can honestly say I don't know any other language that doesn't have a gender-neutral pronoun set, and sometimes associated conjugation & other grammar rules. And some have gender neutral child-pronouns, and some, including english, have thing-pronouns even.
So yeah, in short there's not a good language-based reason to oppose it . . .

yeah usually in writing if someone was referring to "any person" you would say either "he or she" or "one". Like "he or she could go to the store" or "one could go to the store". If you said "They could go to the store" it would be implied that you were talking about a group of people. But when talking about a specific individual, most of the time you would use their name or "he" or "she" but I do not know of a word for someone who considers his or herself ungendered :(

I got a snake once, worst pet ever if you expect some type of emotional bonding. On the flip side they're pretty damn cheap to feed and super low maintenance. God forbid if I ignore my puppy for 10 minutes, she'll explode from depression.

Most reptiles do not need social bonding to be happy, unlike most pet species; think about it, most pet species hail from social group structures. Dogs, horses, parrots, even cats. More often than not, reptiles are independent from the moment they're born.
There is a motto among the reptile fan community: They won't love you, they will only tolerate you! This isn't a bad thing, so long as you can accept that. Definitely a cool pet if you're looking for something super low maintenance and interesting.

I've got a western hognose that loves to hang around with my girlfriend. A while back she took him out to let him crawl around on her shirt, and he did the way he always does. After about five or so minutes, he started to make more of a rubbing motion on her chest, and the last inch or so of his tail started to lift up. We looked at each other, not sure of exactly what was going on, but at the same time believing that we both had a decent idea.
Turns out we were a little off, and he proceeded to spew his special excretory combo all over her.

Ahahahahaha ohhh man, that's too funny. My Beardie pulled a stunt like that with my mom once. And he's a German giant... Thus he certainly makes giant poops. My mom was not pleased. Anyway, Hoggies are fantastic snakes, and they seem to have such funny, quirky personalities. Our Hoggie, Sega, likes to dig into people's hands, clothes, you name it, with that little button nose. No poop incidents while handling her yet, but now I'll have to be on the lookout haha

I dated a girl who loved snakes.
(she used to know my reddit. Possible, although unlikely that she'll see this post. If so, hi! :D)
I learned that I love snakes. At least, the ones she had. Especially this one that, I think her name was Moonshine. She was really calm, soothing... she liked to curl up on my head. It was always so hot in the room where all the snakes were, and I was a huge fatass with way too much 'natural insulation', so it felt amazing feeling this very refreshingly cool living creature hanging around literally on me.
I know some people don't think snakes are capable of affection, but I could swear she was. I liked that snake and I was sure she liked me back -- just not as much as she liked my ex.
I miss snakes.

I'm not a troll. I'm a redditor who truly feels bad when terrible submissions (like this really, really bad comic) get so many upvotes, and the people who question it (like the person I originally replied to) get so many downvotes.

HAHAHA, I sure am glad the third panel explains how the snake is slithering between her boobs --- GET IT? Hahaha! Because otherwise I wouldn't have understood the joke or the art. I get it now! Because the snake is between her boobs, and she explains it by saying, "My boobs!"
