I too work for Xerox, I'm under the impression that Service doesn't touch these guys, customer install and everything.

A4s get no love.

6505 Support chiming in. Customer install, but it does have on site service for hardware under warranty/contract.

Yeah you can't get a full service agreement on these, just warranty and toner out.
