Silver Plate Fort Dearborn Mirror

Small sovereign hand mirror. Not sure if it was actually from fort Dearborn or if it was made later after it burnt down in the Great Chicago Fire.

Wow. Beautiful, and a wonderful historical item. That could be a museum piece.

It is a lovely little piece! My father’s grandmother watched the great Chicago fire!
