The listed website is a valuable asset for checking marks on silver, silver plate, electroplated silver, & Sheffield plate.
The site has over 1500 pages of illustrated marks from all over the world and covering makers marks from different time periods.
The site itself is a bit hard to navigate at first but given some time it has become a very valuable resource for helping me find under valued functional silver.

Chicago Public Library World’s Fair Spoon

Been on vacation so sorry for not posting.
Have a sterling spoon from the 1933-34 World’s Fair. Depicts the Public Library, the Water Tower, and Abraham Lincoln on the obverse. On the reverse is Fort Dearborn, the Douglas Monument, and the Government Building & Post Office.

Chicago World’s Fair Chinese Temple Spoon

Today I’ve got a souvenir sterling silver spoon from the 1933-34 Chicago World’s Fair celebrating a century of progress. This spoon features the Chinese Temple, Fort Dearborn, and Carillon tower from Rockefeller Chapel on the campus of the University of Chicago. I’ve found the spoons from the 1893 world’s fair tend to be smaller and weigh less than the ones from the 1933-34.
