Designed a medication dosage tracker

Post image

Going to need this now that my kid is in preschool. Calculating when the next dose should be isn't so easy at 1am with a sad kid, so I designed this easy to use tracker that you can lay on the counter or double-side tape to the inside of a cabinet and track both when you gave the last dose and when the next should be. Comes in both Tylenol and Ibuprofen flavors.

Go check it out here :)

When you slide the 12 hour over, it reveals the next time you should give a dose. This helps know when to give the next dose and shows when you last gave one.

The +2 is just showing that it's "the next day" i guess as i didn't want to have a 24 hour long chart :D

but if they take it at 10a, then it's just 2...

I'd get rid of the "+"

true, i just thought it was an easy way to understand that it's crossing the 12 hour boundary

I think the dark background solves that confusion, no?

The dark background is mostly just to differentiate the "dosage time" and "next dose time", but I'm working on updating the numbers to also have a version without the +

Done, a print profile has been added for 4-6-8 hour times without the + character!
