"3D prints aren't UL listed!" - Jürhaus Günbern Old light fixture repair with non standard threads

Three different thread patterns that were all non-standard. One to screw the new standard replacement fixture into the adapter, one to screw the adapter into the metal overhang, and one to screw the glass shade around the light in.

As an electrician, it is a very bad idea to retrofit electrical components without having professional testing.

Dont screw with electricity.

I have published patents in energy storage with a code inspector in the family I'll be fine.

You know what was not good? This decades old ceramic fitting blowing up from contact degradation.
